I Have Studied Yoga Since
In 1991, I read the Bhagavad Gita, and it inspired me to learn more about yoga and start my study of the asanas. I remember my first yoga class very clearly. It really blew my mind away and I saw the interconnectedness of yoga philosophy with the physical aspect of the postures. I purchased an Iyengar book and started my home practice the next morning.
