•Size: Main Hall: 975 square feet with total space, including foyer, dressing area, unisex bathroom:
1,500 square feet.

•Capacity: For movement work, 40-50 yoga mats fit; for concerts or classes, 125 people can sit comfortably. Blankets and yoga props are available.

•Décor: Japanese, wood floors in main hall (no shoes policy). (Gallery)

•Availability: Most evenings after 7:45 pm and days when regularly scheduled events or classes are not in session. (Schedule)

•Fee: $30/hr (includes set-up and break-down time); $150 minimum for all one-time rentals.

•Deposit: $50 per day deposit must be received two weeks in advance of event. In case of cancellation, notification must be received 14 days prior for a refund.

•Payment: Due within five days of your event, payable and deliverable to Studio Be Yoga.

•Damage: In the event of damage to the studio, renter will be held liable for repair over and above ordinary wear and tear as determined by Studio Be Yoga.
