I Knew I Loved Yoga When
I really “got” that it is a practice, a path—not something finite or competitive. I love the mystery of how the practice soothes and enlivens my soul. I experience a tangible movement of energy beyond the body, which is why I keep returning to yoga. It takes me to inner places that I can’t “understand” with my mind alone.
